• We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or do not meet the specifications outlined in the order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

1. Reporting and Initiating a Return:

• All returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@milkonsteel.com.au Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.

1. Return process:

• Upon receiving your return request, our team will assess the information provided.
• If the return is approved, you will receive and email to arrange a time to deliver the items back to our factory at 21 Keppler Circuit, Seaford 3198

1. Refund or Replacement:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method.

1. Exclusions:

• Custom-made or modified products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
